Guided Ice Fishing in Haliburton Forest

With over 100 lakes and healthy fish populations Haliburton Forest is the perfect  ice fishing destination for the adventurous angler.  You will travel by snowmobile to one or more remote lakes to  catch lake trout, brookies and rainbows. 

Jamie Sala of Haliburton Forest will work with you to plan an adventure of a lifetime including what species to target, what lakes to visit and what routes to take.  This full day adventure includes a hearty shore lunch. A  hearty and nutritious hot lunch prepared and served directly on the ice provides a great opportunity to sit back and take in the surroundings as well as the energy to get through a full day out in the elements. If all goes well the lunch may feature the fish you have caught that morning. 

Snowmobiles are required. You can bring own or rent one at Haliburton Forest.  Rentals are more readily available on weekdays. 

Sustainability is a founding principle of the guided fishing experience and Haliburton Forest has an active fisheries managment program to ensure that there will be great fishing for years to come.
